Full-time Staff Horticulturist

Person with extensive knowledge of both woody and herbaceous plant material to assist in retail sales of high-quality plant material. The nursery is located in western Massachusetts in southern Berkshire County. Applicant must have experience in and ability to do landscape consultations and design proposals as well as supervise staff and execute plans in the landscape. Computer skills (Excel spreadsheets) and ability to communicate with the public and work productively with a knowledgeable staff are essential.

Educational background in horticulture and experience in the field is necessary. Competitive salary and benefits package is negotiable and dependent on experience and performance.
